Shipping 

At TGS TitanSun, we are committed to providing high-quality LED grow lights to our resellers with efficiency and reliability. This shipping policy outlines our procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth transactions and clear communication with our business partners. 

We will ship your order from our warehouse in The Netherland if there is enough stock.

Or, we ship directly from our factory in China to your location. This means there is no extra touch point or handling fees. Only shipping costs

Shipping time

If your order is in stock in our European warehouse, delivery will be within 5 days after payment.

If not, the delivery will take place from the factory. There are three types of transportation possible: boat, train and airplane. Each of which have their own shipping time until delivery:

• Boat: 45 – 60 days
• Train: 30 – 35 days
• Airplane: 3 – 7 days (preferred for demo purchases)

Shipping costs

Each of the three shipping methods have their own costs. Boat shipping is free of charge, which means you will not pay extra for shipping using this shipment method. In the table below you’ll find the shipping cost per shipping method:

Order Processing

When ready to place an order, please contact us via contact@tgstitansun.com to request an offer. The request must include:

• Company name
• Company details (including VAT number)
• Chamber of commerce number
• Contact name
• Which Product
• Product amount
• Delivery method
• Delivery details

After this, we will provide you with a personalized offer. Once accepted we will provide an invoice and, when payment has been done in full, we will start the shipment process. Furthermore you will receive:

• Confirmation: Once the offer is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the reseller’s registered email address.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Resellers will be notified of any delays.
• Track & Trace: depending on the method of delivery you will get the track & trace number as soon as the carrier has booked the shipment in country of arrival

EU Reseller Rights

• Conformity and Guarantees: According to EU law, all products, including LED grow lights, must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and must match the description provided by TGS TitanSun. We provide a 12-month guarantee on all products.
• Damaged Goods: In the event that products arrive damaged, resellers have the right to request a replacement or repair. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 5 days of product receipt.
• Resale Rights: Resellers are authorized to market and sell TGS TitanSun LED grow lights within the European Union. Resellers must adhere to the brand guidelines, use the marketing material provided by TGS TitanSun and use the retail prices (MRSP) set by TGS TitanSun.

Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 
• Refunds: If applied and approved, TGS TitanSun will refund 75% of the amount paid by reseller. 25% is retained by TGS TitanSun to cover administrative costs, restocking fees and partial recoupment of promotions or discounts that might have been offered at the time of sale. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Limitations and Restrictions

• Resale Limitations: Resellers may not modify, relabel, or alter the product in any way prior to resale without express permission from TGS TitanSun.
• Territorial Restrictions: Products are intended for resale in the European Union. Resellers wishing to export products outside of the EU must obtain prior approval from TGS TitanSun.

Intellectual Property

• Trademark: The TGS TitanSun name and logos are trademarks of TGS TitanSun. Resellers are not permitted to use the TGS TitanSun trademarks beyond what is necessary for the marketing and sale of the products. TGS TitanSun is part of The Grow Supplier.

Compliance with Local Laws

• Local Regulations: Resellers are responsible for complying with local sales, consumer protection, and other applicable laws in their respective countries.

Amendments to the Policy

• Policy Updates: This shipping policy may be updated from time to time. All resellers will be notified of any significant changes.
